  • 1.  Conditional Group Routing

    I have a scenario where a user who is in Bullseye Routing with Bullseye Ring Number as 1. This user is off let us say, we want to make sure that the incoming call checks to see that if this user if off or offline and not logged in and it sends the call to the next people in the Ring Number 2. 

    I was advised to "change the ring behavior to Rotary – When a group receives a call, Genesys Cloud alerts the next person in the list of group members after the person who received the last call. This should ring the next person in line after the last person who took a call, you can still do the rotate calls every 12 seconds but you should have a lot more success with either rotary or broadcast versus using a sequential ring"

    But the manager wants that if this particular person for example Nancy is offline who is the 1st person then it should automatically go to the next persons in line in Ring Number 2. How can we do this?

    Hi John,

    I'm confused. Is this for Group calling or ACD-routed calls? 

    The answer provided to you was referring to Group calling. There's no Bullseye routing in Group calls.
