Is there a way to find when call is getting conferenced using Interaction report? if not from any other report?

Hi Hariharasudan,

There isn't a way of seeing conferenced calls within Performance Interactions, but there is an idea on the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab: 
Add Conference Metric to Interaction View Dashboard
