Hi all
is that way to a conference to an Architect Flow ? when the agent received a call, made a sell of insurance, Agent need to say a disclaimer (very long one), we would like to record the disclaimer as an audio file (or tts), play it,
the idea is that the agent conference to Flow, the flow play the tts/audio, once finish, the 'Flow" leave the call.
I know that we can do a Secure Call flow, the problem of that the call will not be recorded and the agent will not hear the audio.
We also don't want to transfer to a number (to inbound flow), because we will lost the attributes set on the customer'participant (we will not able to play the policy number/ customer's driver license number).
can we do this with a normal inbound flow?

You can do a consult transfer to the IVR. You are correct that there may be some limitations with participant data in this scenario. You may be able to access the data you need using data actions to access other members of the conversation.
