  • 1.  Config Server would not gracefully stop

    ​Hi

    We are currently running on config server 8.5.101.18 and this is the second time that we have experienced this.
    Went to shut down COnfig server gracefully and would not shutdown. Try to kill the app on the host server and it would not stop there either.
    Tried to bring down backup gracefully and that would not occur either.
    The only way to stop the application was to reboot our servers.

    It took 1.5 hours to attempt shutting down and restarts.

    It came back up after reboot and the following day we realised we had an intermittent issue with skill updates Config server was commiting the change and it was picked up in CCPulse when I checked the CCPulse stat connection but one of the routing stat servers was showing as the agent being in the previous skill.
    We restarted all stat servers last night and today still have an intermittent issue. Looks like we need to restart one of the URS apps as we have a pair of 4 and one set is not seeing the changes in URS and is still targeting to the old skill

    Can anyone help please?
