I would like to know if a proxy server is necessary to configure the ADFS as the only login?

This isn't currently possible, but the feature is in progress. I've noted this request on the feature.

Excuse me, what exactly what is not possible? If you understand well at this time is not working properly login through ADFS?

You can use ADFS to authenticate, but you cannot block users from authenticating with their username and password. The upcoming feature will allow you to disable username/password logins and only allow SSO.
