  • 1.  Configure different hours of operation for each day of week in Schedules

    Hi

    Is there a way to configure a single schedule which supports different hours of operations for each of the week.

    For example : M-Tu, 0830-1700, W 0915-1900, Th 0830-1600, F 0830-1630. We can implement this usecase by creating four different schedules which support each unique timing and assign it to single schedule group. But would like to know if it can be done on schedule level.

    Hi Ayan,

    I don't believe its possible to configure a single schedule with different opening hours and the way to create it would be with multiple schedules in a schedule group.
    You could create an enhancement request on the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab so that it can be considered for future development

    As mentioned by Sam, you could have the different days and hours listed in the Open Hours for a specific schedule group to accomplish what you want as pictured below, but another option is to use a data table lookup for the hours based on the DNIS or queue and determine if you want to go down a closed or open route in your flow.
