Hello I have an inquiry about (Utilization accessibility), we were trying to assign supervisors to change agents utilization but on the agent level only without giving them permissions to the global utilization.
 we can see that both (Agent and global utilization) share the same prerequisite. can we divide this on the division level meaning if we assigned a specific division to the supervisor will he access  the configured utilization for agents under this division only or also the Global one?

Mahmoud - really clever work-around, but i do not think it will work unfortunately.  I'd encourage you to open an idea to create a new permission (or two) to grant access to agent-level or org-level utilization.  At that point you could use divisions to make sure the supervisors only had access to the agents in the matching division.
