    Hello Everyone,

    Has anyone explored how to detect or associate a created topic with an interaction during the initial 30 to 60 seconds of a conversation?


    Our use case involves ensuring that once an agent answers an interaction, they must ask a mandatory question to the customer within a configured time frame-specifically, within the first 30 to 60 seconds of the conversation.


    I revisited this topic but couldn't find any rule or configuration option that allows mapping the topic within a defined time window.If this feature is currently not available in Genesys Cloud, could you please suggest any possible workarounds or alternative approaches?
