I wrote an article for how to connect my Genesys Cloud MCP Server to Claude's Desktop app. I thought I would share it here incase anyone finds it useful, or has any feedback.

The article takes you through how to setup Claude Desktop with the MCP Server (which is jolly simple), so you can create ad-hoc reports like below, or simply interrogate your data. The article has a video of me asking it to explain where a conversation between an agent and customer started going wrong.
Needless to say though, that this is not a replacement of Genesys's dashboards, as they are realtime, dependable and extensive. But I share a way to use AI to explore your data and ask questions about it.
