We do have a way to capture some logs from specific agents for a 24 hour period. This can be helpful if an issue can be reliably reproduced. You should check out this Resource Center article for more info. In addition to that, as Savino mentioned, we are currently well underway on expanding our automatic log capturing system with the next phase delivering in March. I would recommend that you check out that Idea in the Product Ideas Lab and vote on it as well.
