  • 1.  Constant Refresh Prompts

    Anyone else have agents reporting constant "new version" refresh prompts today? My agents have been getting this repeatedly today. One agent reported seeing it about 6 times in the last two hours, despite hitting Yes each time. Very distracting as they're handling customer calls. My agents use the desktop app but I've seen it a couple times in the browser as well.

    We have been getting the same prompt. Seems like it just started the 7th. Will see if it continues today, no fix that I am aware of so far.

    This usually means that the devs are making us of the continuous delivery model to release UI updates during business hours - usually a hotfix then a hotfix to the hotfix when we see multiples like this. Typically these updates would be overnight so simply loading the page for the first time the next day counts as your refresh.

    I logged this with Genesys when it started and they fixed yesterday as a bug fix, if you accept the refresh now, it wont come back
