  • 1.  Contact Center ?

    ​I am trying to take the PureCloud ProCert class.   the very first thing it explains is Wrap Codes... It says to select ADMIN --> Select CONTACT CENTER -->   it does this for so many functions..

    My version of PureCloud that I activated doesn't have CONTACT CENTER.. So I to ADMIN --> and there is no option for Contact Center ... so all of the training that says to implement something and is following this path... it doesn't exist for me..

    Is there something I need to do to get CONTACT CENTER as a choice when I select ADMIN?

    Check to see if the Queue Admin role is assigned to your user.

    If that doesn't work, check your Subscription as well. You have to have at least the Contact Center 1 level of licensing in order to have the Contact Center container in Admin.
