    Good afternoon,

    I configured integration between Genesys Cloud and salesforce, and configured it to use campaigns via salesforce to replicate it to genesys cloud after configuration, but in salesforce it does not appear to select the Contact list filter

    Does anyone know what it is ?

    Victor, it is not in the list as it is not needed.  Genesys assumes that you will be filtering in Salesforce to create the list in the first place, so there would be no need for a filter on the Genesys Side.
