  • 1.  Contact List Filter - Relative Time greater than 31 days

    Hi all -

    I'm trying to create a contact list filter that will filter contacts with a "last contact date" > 60 days.  When I apply the "Relative Time" filter, it doesn't allow for more than 31 days.  

    It seems like a common need to filter records based on time that would exceed 31 days in the past (or future).  Am I doing this wrong or would this possibly be a bug?

    Sadly, I did not.  After escalating the issue, I was basically told that it works as designed and that I should put in an Ideas submission to get votes.

    It was very disappointing for such an obvious need.
