Hi Everyone,
we have a customer that needs to go live with a contact us application. the idea was for the app to fire of an email to the purecloud queue where it will send the email interaction to the relevant agent and Identify the external contact.
The customers legal department has advised that we cant present the customer email address in the "from" name.. how will we then identify the external contact if only the Reply to address will contain the customer identifier?
