Hey, I saw that recently Web Messaging got the Content Profiles switched on, and now we can upload more file types than just .PNG, .JPEG, .GIF. What I have noticed that the other file types seems to be still not supported in "CX Cloud from Genesys and Salesforce" integration. The message appears to be blank there (i uploaded a PDF files):
I wanted to ask, are there any expected release dates for that or maybe any plans in roadmap?

We will be adding support for Content Profiles in CX Cloud with the 1.21 release of the Digital and AI package, which is tentatively planned for release (meaning Generally Available) late this summer.
