Genesys Cloud - Main

This week release included the Content search based on Topics. The Topics dropdown does not seem to show all the Topics to be selected. Is there a limit or some conditions based on which the list for selection is presented?

I also had issues and after some testing, I think the Speechandtextanalytics > Topic > View permission is required but it isn't listed in the resource center as a prerequisite. I've passed the question on to @Rakesh Tailor and other Genesys resources to see if that's right. Without that, I'm unable to view the topics in order to pick one to search off of. I see "No search results" when I try to populate a topic. You could try adding that permission and see if it fixes. ​

Yes, I believe that is right.  We have an email thread on that and are confirming with engineering and will be sure to get the documentation updated accordingly as well.
