Certification and Training

I am new to the Genesys community, and am looking forward to seeing and hearing how other WEM peers are able to stay up to date with various certifications and trainings. I am the only one in my organization who manages our WFM as well as Genesys system for our contact center, and I am looking for ways to stay on top of the new releases, information, and resources that are available, to ensure we are using Genesys to its full potential for our associates. I look forward to hearing how you are able to stay on top of all the items offered.

Hi Sarah, welcome to the community! Regarding WEM trainings, were you aware of the WEM Learning Paths located on the Beyond website? If you haven't reviewed these yet, I would recommend you start here. All of the Beyond WEM offerings will live in one of the three paths (Resource Management, Quality Assurance and Compliance, and Employee Performance).
