    Hi Team,

    We have a PAM who reached out to our team and ask below question. Hope you can help us find answers for him. Thank you.

    Fujitsu Ltd is a GC reseller partner in Japan.
    Customer A-EU is already a GC customer in Europe. We sold GC through reseller Partner B in EMEA.

    Customer A-EU is considering changing its partner from Partner A to Fujitsu at the time of the next contract renewal.
    This time, Customer A-EU's parent company in Japan (Customer A-JP) may contract with Fujitsu within Japan, and then let Customer A-EU use the license.

    From a technical perspective, can Customer A-EU keep using the existing GC org they use today even after the contract is handed over to Customer A-JP in Japan?

    Hi Paul,

     

    I would say the customer in Japan would like to have a contract with a different partner. On their renewal of contract it will be Fujitsu who will be their partner this time. Their question is, if customer in Europe can still use their existing GC org they use today.
