I used ConversationAPI patchConversationParticipantAttributes to update some attribute within Conversation that was finished almost 2 days ago. Now the data returned from Job doesn't match the data returned from /api/v2/conversations/calls/{conversationId} will this data re-sync into Job data (should I wait for it) or Is there a way to initiate a re-sync of data between the two manually ?

Nope, the data lake only has attributes that were present prior to the conversation officially ending. Anything tacked on post-hoc doesn't make it to long term storage.
