    Hi all

    I have been looking into MOS score and R-factor values for a conversation which will have multiple values of MOS/R-Factor. I have noticed that on our outbound calls we will often see a big difference in these values. Here is an extreme example.

    As you can see when looking at overall conversation and purpose "customer" there is a very poor value, while purpose "agent" the scores are very good.

    In this case what is the difference between purpose "agent" and "customer"? Is "agent" the voice leg between GC and our Agent, while "customer" between our SBC and GC?  (i didnt think we had this data )
