Hello, since last week i am not being able to get the conversation notifications i was able to get before, i only get heart beats, i just made a test following the steps mentioned in here (https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/v2/notifications/notification_service.html) using postman and simple web socket client and it is not working either, only getting heart beats so i don't know if anyone has an idea of what could be happening?, it doesn't work even for new channels/subscriptions.
If no one else is having this issue it could be something with the user but may be someone could point me to the right direction?.

If you're seeing a systematic problem, opening a ticket with PureCloud Support will be the best way to resolve it.
