  • 1.  Convert call duration into seconds within the script

    Dears I was trying to convert the call to milliseconds then save it to dynamic string, and then use another dynamic string to divide the result from the first parameter by 1000

    to convert it to seconds with no luck,, any idea how I can address this???

    Why are you converting to a Dynamic String in Step 1? Step 2 would be a lot easier if you used a Dynamic Number in Step 1.
