    Hi Samuel ,

    In Copilot, on the agent side, when we 1st click on the thumb down, and then on "provide feedback" button, we've got this window (here it is in english for better understanding) : 

    I would like to customize it. Is it possible ?

    I don't believe it is possible to customize this, but would be worth on an idea on Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab
