Genesys Cloud - Main

I need to be able to copy contacts (as they dial) from one contact list to another. I thought I could do this by a rule but it doesn't seem I can do this...

This is for Outbound SMS Campaigns.

We need to have two campaigns--one for 3-day and another for 1-day notifications based on an appt date column in the lists (using filters).

Any ideas? Thanks!

In theory, it seems like you should be able to do this with data action and a trigger. I've not tried so I can't tell you what the best event to go off is. I'd probably start with WrapUp or one of the outbound events. You just need to make sure that it's at the end of the call and the data has been updated in the contact list before copying. 

A wrapup rule might work with a data action k ,but I would be concerned with making sure the system had updated the record in the list post call before the move occurred.
