Workforce Engagement Management

In hopes of doing some testing of Activity Plans, Work Plan Assignments, Bidding, and other functionality within Workforce Management.  We currently have two organizations; Live and Test. Rather than building out our test org manually, is it possible to copy one organization to another? 

Any insights or feedback is greatly appreciated!

That is easier said than done. There is no simple way to just migrate config from one org to another. As a partner we are in the process of custom building a migration tool for our customers. In the past we have leveraged the API explorer to run queries in one org and then modify them to run in the other org to recreate the objects programmatically.  There is an appfoundry subscription product that was called BCP Ignite to help with migration and synchronization between two orgs, but i've never used it. Genesys Cloud Developer center has information on using CX as Code on terraform to migrate configurable objects which will probably not be a complete migration when it comes to WFM. 

Sorry this isn't the magic bullet to your question.

Recently, in a project we got involved with a tools from Genesys PS: Genesys BCP. According to my team, it does some sync between organizations but, at the end you have to check and reconfigure some settings eventually because it just copy objects from org A to org B. So you at the end need to validate flows, change IDs in scripts or flows, etc.
