    Hello,

    What does this message mean "Could not find an Edge for station Name_of_softphone to place the call" ?

    When using the PureCloud Softphone you get this notification if:

    • Your PC doesn't have connectivity with the Edge Server.
                or
    • Your PC has connectivity with the Edge, but you are using the wrong network adapter. Sometimes the Softphone will show online if you have a loopback or other virtual adapter selected on your Softphone settings.
