    Hi there,

    Has anyone received these error messages? 

    They are seeming to be sporadic and happening across multiple consultants.

    Hi Amy,

    PureCloud shows this message when there are invalid characters added to the "To" or "CC" field.

    Anything that doesn't match the e-mail format(user@domain) will trigger this message.
