In our centers we have a problem that agents are just closing the browser and not using the logout option that is quite hidden on the left side menu (within profile).
Therefore, my suggestions is to add a logout button in the top right corner. This will hopefully give as a better overview of which agents that are available or not.
Another supervisor function would be to add a logout function if we know that the agent is gone home and forgot to logout. Similar function as we have on phones. There is an API available. But I think this should be an OOTB function.
