Dear community,
we are currently facing an issue when implementing a CallBack scenario.
When creating a call back with the create call back action in architect there's no way to specify a Language.
The problem is that we try to push the call back on a queue but in that queue we have agent with different language.
I know that via the API create call back there's a field for the language but is there a way to do it without having to call the api?
