Hi!
Has anyone found a way, without building it into the flow design, to create a 1 second pause between TTS prompts that are played back-to-back? It is not within one prompt; it is the delay (or lack thereof) between two prompts that we are trying to fix.
Ex: Prompt1: "Hello, thank you for calling us.". followed by Prompt2: "Please listen to the following options".
We are playing those TTS prompts back-to-back within a CE43 flow and there is no pause between the two sentences. We have tried adding many forms of punctuation to the end of Prompt1, such as a comma, multiple periods, a dash, etc, but none of that works. We were advised to enter " | $blank.1000 " and that does work within CE43; however, if I then use the same prompt within an Architect flow it will speak out the words "break 1000" as part of the TTS script; which of course we don't want.
Any suggestions out there on how to create a pause between TTS prompts that will work properly for both Architect and CE43 flows? Again, we're hoping to avoid having to build in a pause within the code itself.
Thank you kindly!
