    Education is excited to announce several updates to the WFM - Creating Schedules eLearning course to help keep your learning experience aligned with the latest Workforce Management scheduling enhancements.
    What's Included in This Update
    1. Consistent Shift Start Times Across Planning Periods
      Schedules may now reflect work plans that enforce maximum shift start variance across the entire planning period. This can result in more consistent start times in multi-week schedules.
    2. Activity Placement Relative to Shift End
      Some shift activities can be configured at the work plan level to occur relative to the shift end time (not just the shift start). 
    3. New Feature: Agent Unavailable Time
      A new subsection, "How Agent Unavailability Time Affects Your Schedule," has been added to module 4. This section explains how agent-defined unavailable times can influence schedule generation and intraday schedule changes.
