You can't natively. What I ususally do in this case is run one data action to get the appID and then another to supply it in the second data action. Now, if you have a set rotation schedule, you could store that appID in a data table and refresh it on that same schedule by looking at the day and time before running the first one.

Yes, this is the way that the OAuth 2.0 works with data actions and integrations in Genesis cloud. You define the OAuth components such as client name and client ID, and then the data action will use that integration to grab a token and use the token when it processes the data action.
