hard to believe I would like to see something un-masked, but when we had on prem chat, the agent would request CC number from client so they could post in our system. However, now that we have launched messenger, if the customer types in CC, it gets masked to both agent and customer automatically. We are working with 3rd party to implement a secure pay, but won't be ready for a couple months. so, in meantime, we are trying to take manual payments. any thoughts?
