I noticed that you mentioned exporting to Excel. Is that something that would help you?
Because if that's the case I believe you can achieve this.
Participant Data are exported to Excel (On D-1 I believe), so if you add the open-ended responses from the survey to a participant data you can then export that to Excel on the "Interactions View" reporting.
Also, I believe Genesys is developing a solution currently that in the future would help in your scenario. I'm not entirely sure, but there is this new feature called "Conversation Attributes", that I recall would eventually be included to reporting views.
The Conversation Attributes themselves are already available (So in theory you can create a new attribute, and add the survey response from each conversation there, etc.), and eventually this information will be available in reportings (At least that's what I remember reading a few months back.... I'm not sure if that's still the plan or how far we are from that being fully released, etc.)
