  • 1.  CSAT Surveys (After Call Surveys)

    Last July I posted about the challenge of offering open-ended surveys as there's currently no way to compile this data in Genesys - - it either requires an integration or a ton of manual effort to look into each interaction one at a time (not feasible).  The comment below was shared with me and there have been minimal responses.  I'm wondering if this is on the roadmap yet?  Ideally there would be a dashboard to compile responses, or at least a way to export to excel.  Thanks in advance for the consideration.

    Hello, Mike.

    Usually when an idea enter in development, they signaling this. This one is under future consideration, so not necessarily will be implemented. But I think that is important to keep monitoring.

    Hi Michael,

    I noticed that you mentioned exporting to Excel. Is that something that would help you?
    Because if that's the case I believe you can achieve this.
    Participant Data are exported to Excel (On D-1 I believe), so if you add the open-ended responses from the survey to a participant data you can then export that to Excel on the "Interactions View" reporting.

    Also, I believe Genesys is developing a solution currently that in the future would help in your scenario. I'm not entirely sure, but there is this new feature called "Conversation Attributes", that I recall would eventually be included to reporting views.

    The Conversation Attributes themselves are already available (So in theory you can create a new attribute, and add the survey response from each conversation there, etc.), and eventually this information will be available in reportings (At least that's what I remember reading a few months back.... I'm not sure if that's still the plan or how far we are from that being fully released, etc.)

    To complete Jabur's answer, to download of the participant's data, you need to select that option highlighted in the image below during the export.
