Hi Forum,
Can I know if there is a maximum amount of custom actions for a single ORG?
If there is this limit, how many custom actions is possible to configure?

I haven't been able to find a documented limit. Are you running into a problem or just curious?

Hi Tim,
I created several custom action and at some point when I tried to copy an action it gave me a generic error alert; from that episode I thought maybe the maximum amount of action had been reached.
Now I have deleted some custom actions that I no longer use, but this problem could arise again shortly

If you run into the issue again, grab the error response and correlation ID and post back here. If you're doing this in the UI and not via API, please open a case with PureCloud Care to investigate issues found in the UI.
