We have inserted a custom application in Purecloud, in this application we can see the information of the each contact. When we active a predictive campaign, we need that the agents that work in outbound campaign can observate in the custom application the information of the respective contact that is calling, is it possible? Can we relate the custom client application in purecloud with the web page container of the script?

We'd love to help. Can you please give us a bit more information? It sounds like you want agents to see contact detail data from a third party application within the PureCloud UI... is that right?

Hi Becky Yes, the customer inserted their application in the Purecloud interface, but now, the problem is How the agents can see the information of the respective contact when work in outbound campaing with a contact list charged. At the Beginning, the customer use the component "link" in the script, in this component we entered the url of the application join with the information of the contact list, for example phone number, conversation ID, codeId, with this information, when the agent receive a interaction of the dialer, observate in the script page and giving clic of the link appear a new page in the browser with the application and the information of this contact. Now, the customer need that this information of the called contact appear inside of Purecloud in each interaction without one script, only using the application (customer web page embed in purecloud)

Upon rereading the question, I'd just like to clarify, are we talking about embedding the page inside the script or using the Client Apps Integration to embed your app to PureCloud?

No, PrinceMerluza. We need know if is possible that when the agents works with outbound campaign (predictive mode), the client app embed in purecloud can present the information of the called contact? That is, to know if the embedded page can be dynamic, showing the technical sheet of each contact called in the campaign
