  • 1.  Custom Column formulas - Whole numbers

    Hi there,

    I've been playing around with the new custom columns and its nice to be able to setup formulas to calculate all sorts.  I understand that the time value is in milliseconds, so when I want to create a formula to display some metrics in seconds instead of the default MM:SS, the numbers that come out in decimals (2 or 3 decimal places).  So for example, Avg ACW / 1000.  Avg ACW is 4min 50s, so it comes out as 289.944.  This should be 290s, but because of the milliseconds, it'll have the output in decimal places.

    Will it be possible at all to have this appear as a whole number instead or will there be a future formula to round to the nearest whole number?

    There is already and Idea on the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab: Custom Calculation Formatting that is currently the community feedback stage, so definitely vote on and add any use cases you require for consideration.
