Hello,
I would like to create custom dashboards using the APIs available in API Explorer. An example use case is I would like to display the average quality score for a specific form at the call center and user level (currently the Agent Evaluation Detail view derives the avg score from all forms and I don't see a way to filter out unwanted forms).
- Can this be done using the built in Genesys Cloud Dashboards?
- If yes, how do I configure the dashboard to pull data using an API? I see I can add a web content pane, but how would I configure the API properties / body syntax? Is there documentation on how to set this up?
- If no, what other solutions should I explore?
I'm a fairly junior level Python programmer but am eager to learn. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
