Hi,
The recent feature where you can define an email signature response and link it to an email address so that it is automatically inserted when a mail is sent from that address is great.
However, if that email signature response includes a custom substitution, then the substitution does not happen
(if the agent uses that same response manually, then it's working).
This problem renders the feature useless for one of our customers.
I've been told by Genesys support that this is not a bug and that this is not yet supported.
The ressource center does not mention any limitation of that sort, and the use of substitutions in that case is described (cf.
https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/add-an-email-signature-response/).
Did you have the same feedback / experience ?
