    Hi,

    I am quite new to GenesysCloud. I have not yet done the API course but want to explain to a colleague what he has to build for me.

    After an ACD call I need a JSON call to another system and send some info to that system (ANI, Start date\time of the call, end date\time of the call, (or call duration), last agent (or all agents) related to this call)

    In Connect I would use the CustomDisconnect handler, but how should I do this in GenesysCloud?

     

    Any help appreciated.

    You can do this now using the notification API and an API call to the external system.  VERY soon, you will have the ability in Genesys Cloud to setup your own triggers like an interaction disconnect and then run a workflow to call that external system.  Look for this in August/September timeframe.  @Chris Bohlin has commented about this on other threads, but this is the perfect use case for this new feature. ​
