    Hello!

    Maybe there is the information in the wide Genesys sites but Not found. Do you know if there is anyway where we can add a customer acceptance and conditions clause once customer ask for a co-browse session in web messenger?

    No, only the Accept and Decline.  You could have a canned response sent from the agent or read to the caller before they initiate the co-browse session.   I added this idea for you:  Add optional Ts&Cs before user hits | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)
