  • 1.  customer input type in "ask for slot"

    HI experts!

    I'm implementing a dialog engine bot flow that asks customer for his personal ID number.

    is there a way to know what the customer used (dtmf or voice) in an ask for slot action?? if not, is there a way /workarround/whatever, to get this information???

    Hi David,

    It doesnt appear that this functionality is available yet.  I did find an idea on the Product Ideas Lab with a similar request: Utterance History - Display additional information for knowledge, digital & voice conversations. I would recommend voting on and adding your use case to the idea.

    Hopefully someone in the community has a suitable workaround.

    Hi Sam!! 

    Thanks for your help.

    For reporting purposes, this information is a must for some customers.

    I' ll vote the idea, but is something that should be out of the box...
