Hi,
I need complete journey of Customer from the time customer called into TFN number till the time he hung up the call. Is this information available? If yes, Where & how can I retrieve this information?
For Genesys Architect flows, I would like to see each and every block traversed. Amazon Connect provides great deal of logging (flow logs). Is this sort of information available or is it that each and every piece of information one needs, need to be manually captured in some form or the other and retrieved later part of Architect flow?
