    We understand that PureCloud 3 includes Customer Journeys feature and PureCloud 1, 2 and 3 includes External Contacts feature.
    We want to understand what is the difference between Customer Journeys Vs. External Contacts.
    and what is included in each one.

    Dear Community

    Can any one explain what the 'Customer Journey' feature listed for PC3 is please? 

    I do not see any features in our tenant that appear to relate to 'Customer Journey' and we are on PC3 licensing. I also cannot find any reference in the resource centre or other materials for this feature.
