  • 1.  Customer wants to get call from CCPs when connected to Wi-fi.

    Hi Team,

    I would like to inquire about the possibility of CCP's being able to call customers without customers being on a Mobile network. So i have a customer who is not having any mobile network (absence of PSTN) but if he/she is connected to Wi-fi, can CCPs contact him via phone call?

    NOTE: Customer is ready to install any app/plugin on his mobile.

    I would explore other outreach methods like SMS, Email, WhatsApp and others instead of voice for this customer.

    Hi Robert,

    Thank you for suggesting and sharing your thoughts!

    It has to be Voice and if we go for WhatsApp Integration, it will still require customer's phone number. Solution has to be Voice & should not require phone number of Customer.

    The end customer has to initiate the interaction in some fashion.  How are you supposed to know the IP and port information of that customer without the at least starting a program to let your agent know what it is.  I would be like me asking you to find someone's car without giving you any location information - needle in a haystack.  The only way for a voice call to be made is to have a device or software program that has initiated communication or a phone number attached to that device.
