  • 1.  Customizing fields for external contacts

    Hi everyone,

    I would like to understand how I can add custom fields in the external contacts. 
    I have tried to follow this guide Customize external contacts and organizations - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com) but I'm not able to see External Contacts under Directory tab. 
    I have all permission on my account but I'm not able to see the following permission: 

    • ExternalContacts > CustomFields > Add, Edit, and View
    • ExternalContacts > CustomFields > View
    Can someone please show me the steps to do that.

    You need a few more permissions than that.  Just use this one and you should have access to everything: 
    • Externalcontacts > All permission
