after deploying the component, following the procedure for adding component on a record page, clicking on it on the right a panel will appear a component configuration, you can change the region and adding the Implicit Gran OAuth client id:

then going on Gensys Cloud where you want to have the component and open the Implicit Gran OAuth used for the previous configuration, adding the redirect URI of your salesforce instance under Authorized redirect URIs (one per line) section as below :
https://<Salesforce domain>/resource/GenesysAuthCallback

after when you will open a record page and the componenent will be visible, click on the login button, a pop-up appears asking you to allow the needed privilegies
From this moment when a Voicemail callback is received and a record page will be opened, a Voicemail player automatically will log in and just clicking on the play button for hearing the Voicemail.

i've solved the issue, after deploying the component there is a configuration for changing the region and adding the Client ID to it, then it is needed adding the callback uri under the Implicit Grant OAuth used for it, in this way it worked, unfortunately there is no doc on this configuration.

i cannot login into the component for this error:

i've changed the region in the code:
@api genesysCloudRegion = 'mypurecloud.ie';
and added my salesforce url under the Implicit Grant OAUTH that i use, is there something that i miss on the config?
