i've solved the issue, after deploying the component there is a configuration for changing the region and adding the Client ID to it, then it is needed adding the callback uri under the Implicit Grant OAuth used for it, in this way it worked, unfortunately there is no doc on this configuration.

i cannot login into the component for this error:

i've changed the region in the code:
@api genesysCloudRegion = 'mypurecloud.ie';
and added my salesforce url under the Implicit Grant OAUTH that i use, is there something that i miss on the config?
